Rohit Kumar Khari, born on August 10, 1990, in Meerut, is a visionary poised to transform the real estate landscape of India. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech, 2013), RK embarked on his professional journey with a clear goal in mind to make a meaningful impact in the real estate sector.

Driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to create something of his own, RK launched his entrepreneurial venture after gaining valuable insights from his early experiences in the industry. In 2022, he achieved a significant milestone by launching his first solo project in Khatu Shyam Ji, Rajasthan, under the banner of Ekakshar Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. This successful venture not only showcased his capabilities as a builder but also marked his official entry into the competitive real estate market. RK’s ambitions are expansive. He has set his sights on developing Aero City in Rajasthan and is also planning major projects in Dehradun, Ayodhya, Noida Extension, and Ranikhet, collectively valued at Rs.3,000 crore. These initiatives reflect his commitment to reshaping urban landscapes and contributing to regional development. Through his journey, RK exemplifies the power of determination, clarity, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
